If there is one person I can say I owe all of this to, it would be my grandmother, Rendell. For two weeks, my grandmother took me into her house and protected me when my parents could not do it themselves. When he was older, he married a younger child than me and considered me as his own. I always have tears in my eyes remembering the day my grandmother told me how she came to rescue me from my parents. But, looking at the bigger picture, I’m glad I’ve been surrounded by my strong, loving and independent daughter. When I was a child, my grandmother and her daughter, my aunt, were the only parents in my life. My father moved to America to pursue his dream of becoming a businessman, but my mother wanted nothing to do with me. My grandmother, my guardian angel, bravely walked in and welcomed me with her arms, for which I will be forever grateful. She worked as a registered nurse in our small town, and even at a young age, I could see the impact she had on me. He was always tired and exhausted because of the long hours he worked to help me. While she takes care of her patients all day, even when her hands hurt and hurt, she finds time to cheer me up and advise me in the kitchen as she prepares food. the sweet ones. When we both moved to America, I knew that I would make this new world with him. My grandmother is nothing like a hero, and that is why I decided to pursue my future studies in nursing. When the coronavirus pandemic hit, the grandmother fell ill. He called me worried, saying he couldn’t breathe, and I prayed for his recovery. When I got there, she was sitting on a Victorian sofa in the dining room, her face flushed and breathing heavily. I immediately took her to the nearest hospital and called a nurse. It broke me to see my grandmother running away from me in such a split. I sat in the waiting room, wondering what was to come. I replayed the last few moments in my head, wondering what I could have done better in this situation. I stayed in the hospital and beat myself up because there was nothing I could do to protect my grandmother from this untouchable enemy. When my grandmother was officially diagnosed with the coronavirus, I felt like my whole world had come crashing down. I couldn’t see it and these two weeks spent in isolation seemed like they would never end. At that moment, I realized that I was powerless. I couldn’t take care of my sick grandmother, who gave her life to save me, I was very sad about that. So I started doing research. I also need medicine and any tests for this virus to help my grandmother in some way. To say that I was moved by this experience would be an understatement. I will use this experience as a springboard for my career in nursing. If I can help even one person who couldn’t help my grandmother, it will be worth it.
“Angels for the sad, nurses for the sick.” Often the public resists medical care, avoiding those who are considered serious or treating the disease as a reduced form of leprosy. Many sympathize, but find it difficult to devote time, effort, and care to the nurses they encounter. Despite the public’s lack of interest in disease, the common practice in health care, especially nurses, is to fight tooth and nail to make a lasting positive impact on others; He does not only cure some of the diseases of the sick but gives them respect, time and care that society prevents. People with debilitating conditions deserve better lives, despite their dire circumstances, and those who care about connecting them to the outside world are no less than heroes. Happily, this principle is true in the medical industry, which has its fair share of dedicated nurses in my footsteps. It seems to me that the health care system is full of professional nurses who spend all their time caring for communities that feel powerless and helpless, while they skillfully connect patients with their doctors and connect them. and life outside the hospital. This is done through their energy, understanding, commitment and excellent care. Throughout my life, past and present, there have been various health professionals who have inspired me to follow the same path. However, my most influential career is nursing because of personal experience with my beloved sister who was born prematurely, a sister who was born with cleft lip and palate, and my mother. is also a nurse. From a young age, I found nursing to be very difficult and take care of my sisters and mother. As my mother recalled, the nurses supported and supported my sister’s life and supported “patient education.” The miracle shocked me and I started to cry, but my parents consoled me. Finally, the medical staff welcomed us and assured us that he would be in good health. Surprisingly, the nurses sympathized with my mother, which made me feel at ease. Within a year, my sister had successful lip and cleft lip and palate. During each hospital visit, there was a trusted nurse who spoke to my family in times of need. During the pandemic, I understood the importance of nurses because my mother was a registered nurse. My mother was on the battlefield, making sacrifices and working hard to take care of the patients she cared for. His dedication and excellent attitude to care and protect his patients. I want to be a travel nurse because I always feel sad when I see people in non-western countries fighting epidemics and other global threats. . I see the world around me today; The plight of Indian people and this family at home is fighting to survive Covid-19 and survive in this world. With the endless pain of pain in other people’s lives, my dream of being a nurse and providing a connection to human care burns like a fire in my heart.
