Stem Scholarships For Minority Students Attending College In Seattle – Seattle MESA and Washington MESA provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors who complete a MESA (Undergraduate Admissions Information Form). These are two separate scholarships and students have the opportunity to apply for both through this application.
This year, Seattle MESA and Washington MESA will honor outstanding high school graduates who have participated in the MESA program. These scholarships are made possible by the support of donors—we are grateful for their generosity and support of our students.

Scholarship recipients must provide high school transcripts (via email to [email protected]) and a copy of the college/university award letter prior to disbursement of funds. Additionally, students must apply to their college/university by January 2022 to receive the scholarship.

To encourage the next generation of women leaders, consulting firm Visionary Integration Professionals presents this award to female students pursuing careers in information technology, computer science and related fields. The organization selects winners based on academic achievement, leadership qualities and community service.
Hispanic Scholarships For High School Students
The Society of Women Engineers provides financial assistance to women pursuing careers in computer science, engineering, and engineering technology. The nonprofit awarded more than $1 million in scholarships in 2020. Students must be enrolled in an ABET-accredited program at a community college, four-year college, or graduate school. Some scholarships require applicants to be members of SWE.
BHW Group, a web and mobile app design and development company, offers scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students who choose to major in a STEM field. The application involves writing an essay about your favorite apps or apps that play an important role in your life.
On behalf of the Ford Foundation, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine administer this competition, which supports students with outstanding academic achievements. It seeks graduate students interested in pursuing careers in academia as teachers and researchers. Although open to anyone who meets the qualifications, applicants from underrepresented groups are especially welcome.
This award is another joint effort between the Ford Foundation and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. The American Indian Science and Technology Society has established a fund in memory of one of the group’s founders. Some scholarships support American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander students who want to pursue careers in STEM fields. Candidates must be members of AISES.
