If I could say that I did all of this for one person, it would be my grandmother Rendell. When I was only two weeks old, my grandmother took me to her house to entertain me when my parents weren’t paying attention. He felt responsible for a little boy like me despite his age and treated me like his own child. I always get teary-eyed when I remember my grandmother telling me how she saved me from my parents. However, when I look at the bigger picture, I’m glad I got to spend my childhood with a strong, loving, independent woman. When I was a child, my grandmother and aunt were the only parents in my life. My father went to America to pursue his dream of becoming a businessman, but my mother didn’t want anything to do with me anyway. My grandmother, my guardian angel, bravely took me into her home with open arms, and I will always be grateful. She worked as a certified nursing assistant in our small town, and even at a young age I could see the end of it. He was often exhausted from working long hours to support me. Although her hands were sore and bruised from tending to patients all day, she always found time to entertain me and guide me in the kitchen while cooking delicious meals. When we both moved to America, I knew I could conquer this new world with him by my side. My grandmother is a true hero and she is the reason I dedicated my future education to nursing. During the coronavirus pandemic, my grandmother became very ill. When he called me worried and out of breath, I ran to his house hoping and praying that he would get better. When I got there, she was lying face down on the restaurant’s Victorian bed. I rushed him to the nearest hospital and called a nurse to help him. I felt tired when I saw my grandmother leave me after a few seconds. I stood in the room desperately waiting to see what was going to happen. I replayed the last moments in my mind and wondered what I could have done in this situation. I beat myself up in the hospital for not being able to protect my grandmother from this untouchable enemy. When my grandmother was officially diagnosed with the coronavirus, I felt like my whole world came crashing down. I couldn’t look at him, and I felt like the two weeks I spent there would never end. At that moment I realized how helpless I was. I was devastated that I couldn’t take care of my sick grandmother who gave her life trying to save me. So I started researching. I looked into all the medicines and researched this virus to try and help my grandmother in some way. It is true to say that this experience sparked a passion within me. I will use this experience as a pathway to a career in nursing. Helping even one person like I couldn’t help my grandma makes everything worth it.

Often, society confronts health departments, abandoning the overweight, or treating patients as low-value lepers. Generally speaking, the average person sympathizes, but rarely forsakes the time, hard work, and care that a nurse provides. Although the society is indifferent to the sick, in the field of health, especially in the care of children, saint-like virtues try their best to have a lasting positive influence on others, and cure some diseases in the health of the sick. Respect, time, and cultivating society. Regardless of their circumstances, they all deserve a better life and those who take care of them and help them connect with the outside world are nothing but heroes. To their credit, this principle has been followed in healthcare, where I have a few selfless caregivers following in their footsteps. To me, society is full of respected doctors who take care of those who are considered helpless and weak, and connect patients to the skills of doctors and life outside the hospital. This is due to their strength, understanding, commitment and care. Throughout my life, past and present, there have been various health professionals who have inspired me to follow the same path. However, the most important job for me is raising my children, which I have experienced with my sister Precious, who was born prematurely, my sister Miracle, who was born with a cleft lip, and my mother, who is a nurse practitioner. . From an early age I noticed how caring and caring the nurses were when my sister and mother were going through such a sensitive experience. The mother recalls that the nurses saved her sister’s life and used “patient teaching” to communicate, support and comfort. Confused by the miracle situation, I started crying, but my parents comforted me. Finally, the medical team joined us and assured us about his health. Surprisingly, the nurses were sympathetic to my mother and she comforted me. Within a year, my sister’s cleft palate surgery was successful and her future looked bright. Every time I went to the hospital, there were loyal and caring nurses who communicated with my family during difficult times. I know the importance of nursing during a pandemic because my mother is a registered nurse. My mother was on the front lines making sacrifices and working tirelessly to care for the patients in her care. His dedication and commitment to patient care and advocacy are commendable traits. I want to become a professional travel nurse because I have always felt a sense of responsibility when I see how people in non-Western countries respond to epidemics and other disasters. I see the world around me now; How people in India are grieving, how families back home are fighting Covid-19 and surviving in this world. Along with the constant, unrelenting pain in other people’s lives, my dream of becoming a nurse and providing human connection and care burned like a wildfire in my mind.
